Understanding your customers' needs and wants is crucial in creating a product that solves their problems.

A product is only good if someone else thinks it's valuable. Empathy leads away from common pitfalls.

7. Greed is the Greatest Enemy of Success

I've seen greed kill great businesses, amazing ideas, and long-term relationships.

Greed leads to poor decision-making, lost opportunities, and failure. Stay focused on long-term success rather than short-term gains.
